The pics above are of the East wall of the cave. Since it was a utility room, there is still a fair amount of exposed plumbing - great hangers for tubing & hoses! In the background of the right pic is the racking table. Offset by the height of a 6½ gallon carboy, so you don't have to worry about losing your prime. |

The West wall of the cave. The water softener doesn't have anything to do with brewing, but I didn't see any reason to move it. |
OK, so the perspective's a little off, but you get the idea. Since I don't actually have access to a cave, I settled for a utility room in my basement. There is no pic of the South wall, but it's a small room, so all that is there is the racking table - you can see part of that in the East pic, the sink (do you really want to see a picture of a sink?), & the inside of the door.
